Objective To explore the improvement effect of comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing on pulmonary function and quality of life in patients with silicosis and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods According to the parity of admission number,60 patients with silicosis and COPD were divided into observation group and reference group, with 30 cases in each group. The observation group received comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing, and the reference group received routine pulmonary rehabilitation nursing. The intervention effects of the two groups were compared. Results After intervention, the maximal voluntary ventilation(MVV),peak expiratory flow(PEF),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC)and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention, the scores of all dimensions of the World Health Organization Quality of Life-100(WHOQOL-100)in the observation group were higher than those in the reference group(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was lower than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive pulmonary rehabilitation nursing for patients with silicosis and COPD has ideal application effect, which can promote pulmonary function, improve quality of life and reduce the incidence of adverse events. It is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
