信息-动机-行为技巧模式结合Orem自护理论对脑出血手术后患者自护能力、神经功能及应对方式的影响

Effects of information-motivation-behavioral skills model combined with Orem self-care theory on self-care ability,neurological function and coping style of patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery

目的探讨信息-动机-行为技巧模式结合Orem自护理论在脑出血手术后患者中的应用效果。方法选取2020年5月至2021年5月我院收治的80例脑出血手术患者为研究对象,以随机数字表法将其分为对照组(40例,接受常规护理干预)和观察组(40例,在对照组基础上实施信息-动机-行为技巧模式结合Orem自护理论干预)。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)各维度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的神经生长因子(NGF)、人脑源性神经营养因子(BDNF)水平及简易智力状态检查法(MMSE)评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的积极应对评分高于对照组,消极应对评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论信息-动机-行为技巧模式结合Orem自护理论不仅能够提升脑出血手术后患者的自护能力,改善神经功能,还能转变其应对疾病的方式,值得推广。

Objective To explore the application effect of information-motivation-behavioral skills model combined with Orem self-care theory in patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery.Methods From May 2020 to May 2021,80 patients with cerebral hemorrhage surgery in our hospital were selected as the research objects.The patients were divided into control group(40 cases,received routine nursing intervention)and observation group(40 cases,implemented the information-motivation-behavioral skills model combined with Orem self-care theory intervention on the basis of the control group).The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Exercise of Self-Care Agency Scale(ESCA)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of nerve growth factor(NGF),brain-derived neurotrophic factor(BDNF)and Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the positive coping score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the negative coping score was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The information-motivation-behavioral skills model combined with Orem self-care theory can not only improve the self-care ability of patients after cerebral hemorrhage surgery,improve neurological function,but also change their way of coping with diseases,which is worth promoting.
