基于压力与适应理论的护理干预结合感恩情绪模式对肝硬化患者心理韧性、病耻感及肝纤维化指标的影响

Effects of nursing intervention based on stress and adaptation theory combined with gratitude emotion model on psychological resilience,stigma and liver fibrosis indexes in patients with liver cirrhosis

目的探讨基于压力与适应理论的护理干预结合感恩情绪模式在肝硬化患者中的应用效果。方法选取2018年10月至2020年12月我院接收的102例肝硬化患者为研究对象,根据护理方案不同将其分为对照组和观察组,各51例。对照组接受常规护理干预,观察组在对照组基础上加施基于压力与适应理论的护理干预结合感恩情绪模式。比较两组的干预效果。结果干预后,观察组的自强、乐观及坚韧评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的社会影响量表(SIS)各维度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组的透明质酸(HA)、Ⅳ型胶原(Ⅳ-C)水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于压力与适应理论的护理干预结合感恩情绪模式用于肝硬化临床护理中,能提高患者心理韧性,改善病耻感及肺纤维化指标。

Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention based on stress and adaptation theory combined with gratitude emotion model in patients with liver cirrhosis.Methods A total of 102 patients with liver cirrhosis received in our hospital from October 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to different nursing schemes,with 51 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing intervention,and the observation group received nursing intervention based on stress and adaptation theory combined with gratitude emotion model on the basis of the control group.The intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of self-improvement,optimism and tenacity in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Social Impact Scale(SIS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the levels of hyaluronic acid(HA)and collagen typeⅣ(Ⅳ-C)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing intervention based on stress and adaptation theory combined with gratitude emotion model in clinical nursing of liver cirrhosis can improve patients'psychological resilience,stigma and liver fibrosis indexes.
