摘要
中医诊断学中运用案例教学的目的是通过对临床病案的分析与讨论来树立和培养学生的中医思维与临床辨证的运用能力。考虑到传统病案教学存在学生参与度低、形式单一等局限性,故此文尝试将一种平行式思维训练方法——“六顶思考帽”引入到中医诊断学案例教学中来。这种方法以6种不同颜色的帽子来代表6种不同的思维模式,学生在思考问题时能够分别扮演6种不同的角色,从而让思考过程变得更有逻辑性和层次性,以期培养学生多维角度的思考模式,并同时提高教师课堂教学效果。
The purpose of case teaching of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine is to improve and cultivate students’thinking and clinical application ability of syndrome differentiation and treatment through medical records.Considering the limitations of traditional medical record teaching,this paper attempts to introduce a creative thinking training method-Six Thinking Hats into case teaching.It uses six different color hats to represent six thinking modes,so that everyone can play six different roles in thinking,thus making thinking more logical and hierarchical,so as to cultivate students’thinking ability.Students’multi-dimensional thinking mode and improve the effect of teachers’classroom teaching.
