《瑞竹堂经验方》脾胃病用药特色初探

Preliminary Study on the Characteristics of Medication for Spleen and Stomach Diseases in Experienced Prescriptions of Ruizhutang

目的基于现代数据挖掘技术探究《瑞竹堂经验方》脾胃病用药特色。方法收集《瑞竹堂经验方》中记载治疗脾胃病的方剂,收录方剂在Excel中建立数据库,选取古今医案云平台(V2.1)系统中的频次和药物四气五味归经进行数据分析。结果合计纳入38首脾胃病方,共114味中药。用药频次排名前10的中药有木香、陈皮、半夏、苍术、青皮、干姜、三棱、黄连、枳壳、肉豆蔻。四气温、平,五味辛、苦、甘,脾、胃、肺经为主,多丸剂。结论沙图穆苏治疗脾胃病具有行气宽中、燥湿化痰兼健脾消食的用药特色,可为临床提供参考价值。

Objective Based on modern data mining technology to explore the characteristics of prescription for spleen and stomach diseases in Experienced Prescriptions of Ruizhutang.Methods The prescriptions for treating spleen and stomach diseases recorded in Experienced Prescriptions of Ruizhutang were collected.The included prescriptions were established in the Excel database.Results A total of 38 prescriptions for spleen and stomach diseases were included,and a total of 114 Chinese medicines were included.The top 10 Chinese medicines with frequency of use include woody,tangerine peel,pinellia,atractylodes,green peel,dried ginger,tricornis,coptis,citrus aurantium,and nutmeg.Four temperature,flat,five flavors are pungent,bitter,sweet,mainly spleen,stomach,lung meridian,and multiple dosage forms.Conclusion Shatu Musu has the characteristics of promoting spleen and stomach diseases,eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm,strengthening the spleen and eliminating food.It is expected to provide clinical reference value.
