中药处方点评在中药调剂中的应用价值

The Application Value of Chinese Medicine Prescription Reviews in Chinese Medicine Preparation

目的分析中药处方点评在中药调剂中的应用效果。方法选取中国医科大学附属第一医院86例中药治疗患者开展此次研究,时间为2020年6月—2021年6月,随机将其均分为对照组43例(行常规给药)和观察组43例(行中药处方点评),比较2组应用效果。结果与对照组不合理用药发生率相比,观察组明显偏低(P<0.05);与对照组不良反应发生率相比,观察组明显偏低(P<0.05);与对照组用药依从性和管理总满意度相比,观察组均明显偏高(P<0.05)。结论在中药调剂中应用中药处方点评能够显著提升用药合理性,获取到更好的治疗效果,促使患者快速恢复健康水平,安全性高,具有推广价值。

Objective To analyze the application effect of Chinese medicine prescription reviews in Chinese medicine preparations.Methods Eighty-six patients treated with Chinese medicine in The First Hospital of China Medical University were selected for this study.From June 2020 to June 2021,they were randomly divided into the control group of 43 cases(conventional administration)and the observation group(conventional medicine prescription review)of 43 cases.The application effect of the two groups was compared.Results Compared with the control group,the incidence of irrational drug use was significantly lower in the observation group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the medication compliance and total management satisfaction in the observation group were significantly higher(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Chinese medicine prescription reviews in Chinese medicine preparations can significantly improve the rationality of medication,obtain better treatment effects,and promote patients to quickly restore their health.The safety of patients is high,and it has promotion value.
