腕踝针结合耳穴压豆治疗胫腓骨骨折术后疼痛临床观察

Clinical Observation on Carpal and Ankle Needle Acupuncture Combined with Auricular Point Pressing Bean in the Treatment of Postoperative Pain after Tibia and Fibula Fracture

目的观察腕踝针结合耳穴压豆治疗胫腓骨骨折术后疼痛的效果。方法选择南昌市洪都中医院骨伤一科收治的40例胫腓骨骨折患者,按照入院先后顺序半随机分为治疗组及对照组2组,每组20例(2组均实施内固定手术)。对照组按常规给予止痛药,治疗组则在常规使用止痛药的基础上,实施腕踝针结合耳穴压豆治疗,观察2组患者术后疗效及不同时间段的疼痛状况。结果治疗组术后总有效率为95%(19/20),明显优于对照组的70%(14/20);询问患者结果均表示为不痛或轻度疼痛,但不影响睡眠。结论腕踝针结合耳穴压豆治疗胫腓骨骨折术后疼痛可大大降低患者疼痛的程度。

Objective To observe the effect of carpal and ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing bean on postoperative pain of tibial and fibula fracture.Methods Forty patients with tibia-fibula fracture admitted to Nanchang Hongdu Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into treatment group and control group according to the order of admission,with 20 cases in each group(both groups underwent internal fixation surgery).The control group was given pain medication according to routine,and the treatment group was given wrist and ankle acupuncture combined with auricular point pressure bean treatment on the basis of routine use of pain medication.The postoperative efficacy and pain status of the two groups were observed.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 95%(19/20),which was significantly better than that of the control group(70%,14/20).When asked,patients reported no pain or mild pain,but did not interfere with sleep.Conclusion The pain of the wrist and ankle needle combined with auricular point pressing bean greatly reduces the pain of tibial and fibula fracture.
