浅析整体观在骨伤患者中医护理中的价值

Analysis of the Value of Holistic View in Traditional Chinese Medicine Nursing for Patients with Orthopedic Injuries

中医护理是现代临床护理的重要组成部分,中医药及中医技术在中医基础理论指导下能积极促进骨伤患者的康复,能极大地补充和完善现代临床护理方案。整体观作为中医学基本思想之一,发挥了全面分析疾病和多方位指导临床实践的作用,在中医学诊疗护理过程中有重要意义。根据整体观思想与中医临床护理的内在联系,此文探讨神形一体观、五脏一体观、与环境一体观及医生护士患者一体观等整体观理论在骨伤患者中医护理中的价值,以期拓展中医护理思路。

Traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)nursing is an important part of modern clinical nursing,and TCM and TCM techniques under the guidance of basic TCM theory can actively promote the rehabilitation of patients with orthopedic injuries and can greatly complement and improve modern clinical nursing programs.As one of the basic ideas of TCM,the holistic view plays the role of comprehensive analysis of diseases and multifaceted guidance of clinical practice,which has important significance in the process of TCM diagnosis and care.Based on the intrinsic connection between the holistic view and TCM clinical care,this paper discusses the value of holistic view theories,such as the holistic view of God and form,the holistic view of the five organs,the holistic view with the environment and the holistic view of the doctor and nurse patient,in the TCM care of patients with orthopedic injuries,in order to expand the TCM nursing ideas.
