肛肠外科护理工作中舒适护理的具体应用研究

Study on the Application of Comfort Nursing in Anorectal Surgical Nursing

目的探讨肛肠外科实施舒适护理对患者的影响。方法抽取本院肛肠外科2020年7月至2021年7月收诊的80例肛肠疾病患者作为研究对象,依据患者住院号于计算机施以随机分组,观察组与对照组各组按40例为基线抽取,将常规护理干预模式用于对照组,观察组则采取舒适护理实施干预,将两组分别护理前后的自我感受及自尊得分、舒适度分值、疼痛分值、患者心理状态分值、患者整体满意度结果录入统计学软件计算分析。结果所抽取的两组患者均在开展护理干预前,自我感受负担与自尊评分无明显差异(P>0.05);分别施以护理干预后,两组患者评分有所变化,观察组两项分值较对照组呈更低(P<0.05)。所抽取的观察组患者在本次住院期间舒适度各项观察指标得分均更高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组术后6 h内疼痛分值与对照组相比无显著性差异(P>0.05);术后24 h、48 h内观察组疼痛程度较对照组更低(P<0.05)。所抽取的两组患者护理前汉密尔顿焦虑、抑郁自评量表测得分值均无显著性差异(P>0.05),实施干预后,两组得分均有所下降,而且观察组比对照组更低(P<0.05)。所抽取的观察组患者对护理人员的整体满意度水平更高(P<0.05)。结论肛肠外科采用舒适护理能显著提升患者的心理状态,使其焦虑、抑郁感降低,改善舒适度。

Objective To explore the effect of comfort nursing on patients in anorectal surgery.Methods Eighty patients with anorectal diseases admitted to the anorectal surgery department of our hospital from July 2020 to July 2021 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into groups according to the patient's hospitalization number.The observation group and the control group were selected according to 40 patients as the baseline,and the conventional nursing intervention model was used in the control group.The observation group took comfort nursing intervention,and the self-feeling and self-esteem scores,comfort scores,pain scores of the two groups before and after nursing were compared the scores of patients'psychological status and the results of patients'overall satisfaction were entered into statistical software for calculation and analysis.Results There was no significant difference in the self-perceived burden and self-esteem score between the two groups before nursing intervention(P>0.05);After nursing intervention,the scores of patients in the two groups changed,and the two scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The scores of each observation index of the comfort degree of the patients in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in pain score between the observation group and the control group within 6 hours after operation(P>0.05);The degree of pain in the observation group was lower than that in the control group within 24 h and 48 h after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the scores of Hamilton Anxiety Scale and Hamilton Depression Scale before nursing between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group showed a lower score(P<0.05).The patients in the observation group were more satisfied with the nursing staff as a whole(P<0.05).Conclusion Comfor nursing in anorectal surgery can significantly improve the psychological status of patients,reduce their anxiety and depression,and improve their comfort.
