微信手机APP平台下的延伸护理服务对老年慢性胃炎患者治疗依从性及再入院率的影响

Influence of Extended Nursing Service Under WeChat Mobile APP Platform on Treatment Compliance and Readmission Rate of Elderly Patients with Chronic Gastritis

目的探讨微信手机APP平台下的延伸护理服务在老年慢性胃炎(CG)患者中的应用效果。方法回顾性选取福建医科大学附属第一医院2020年8月至2021年8月115例老年CG患者作为研究对象,按照不同护理方法对患者进行分组,对照组57例予以常规延伸护理,观察组58例予以微信手机APP平台下的延伸护理服务。比较两组患者治疗依从性及再入院率、干预前后健康行为能力、自我效能感、患者满意度。结果观察组的治疗依从率(94.83%)高于对照组(70.18%),再入院率(15.52%)低于对照组(36.84%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组营养、心理安适、运动、健康责任评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预后,观察组自我效能感高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者满意度[96.55%(56/58)]高于对照组[82.46%(47/57)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论老年CG患者以微信手机APP平台下的延伸护理服务干预后,不仅能强化患者的治疗依从性,降低患者再入院率,且能改善患者的健康行为能力,增强患者满意度。

Objective To explore the application effect of extended nursing service under the WeChat mobile APP platform in elderly patients with chronic gastritis(CG).Methods A total of 115 elderly CG patients from August 2020 to August 2021 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University were retrospectively selected as the research objects,and the patients were divided into groups according to different nursing methods.The control group(n=57)received routine extended care,and the observation group(n=58)received extended care services under the WeChat mobile phone APP platform.The treatment compliance,readmission rate,health behavior ability,self-efficacy,and patient satisfaction before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The treatment compliance rate of the observation group(94.83%)was higher than that of the control group(70.18%),and the readmission rate(15.52%)was lower than that of the control group(36.84%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the scores of nutrition,psychological well-being,exercise and health responsibility in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05);After the intervention,the self-efficacy of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);The patient satisfaction of the observation group[96.55%(56/58)]was higher than the control group[82.46%(47/57)],and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Elderly CG patients can not only strengthen the patient's treatment compliance,reduce the readmission rate,but also improve the patient's healthy behavior ability and enhance the patient's satisfaction after the extended nursing service intervention under the WeChat mobile APP platform.
