人性化护理干预在慢性肾小球肾炎患者护理中的应用效果

Effect of Humanistic Nursing Intervention on Nursing Care of Patients with Chronic Glomerulonephritis

目的探究人性化护理干预在慢性肾小球肾炎患者护理中的应用效果。方法选取自2020年6月至2022年6月内我院收治的慢性肾小球性肾炎患者86例,以计算机完全随机分组法均分为试验组及参照组,各43例。参照组行常规护理干预,试验组加用人性化护理干预,对比两组患者心理状态(Symptom Checklist 90,SCL-90)肾功能、依从性及生活质量(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)。结果两组组内对比,干预后各项心理状态评分均低于干预前,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。组间对比,两组干预前心理状态评分无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后试验组心理状态评分均低于参照组,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。试验组血浆白蛋白(plasma albumin,Alb)高于参照组,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。试验组24小时蛋白尿(24-hour proteinuria,24hPRO)、血肌酐(serum creatinine,SCr)、尿素氮(Urea nitrogen,BUN)三项肾功能指标低于参照组,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。试验组依从率为95.35%,参照组依从率为81.40%,试验组依从率高于参照组,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。两组组内对比,干预后各项生活质量评分均高于干预前,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。组间对比,两组干预前各项生活质量评分无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后试验组各项生活质量评分均高于参照组,统计学意义存在(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预在慢性肾小球性肾炎患者中应用效果较好,患者肾功能水平提高,依从性加强,生活治疗改善,具有重要的临床应用价值,建议进一步推广及应用。

Objective To explore the effect of humanistic nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.Methods Eightysix patients with chronic glomerulonephritis admitted to our hospital from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into experimental group and reference group by computer complete random grouping method,43 patients in each group.Routine nursing intervention was performed in the reference group,and humanistic nursing intervention was added in the experimental group.The renal function,compliance and quality of life(the MOS item short from health survey,SF-36)of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of mental state in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,while the scores of plasma albumin(plasma albumin,Alb)in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group.The renal function indexes of 24-hour proteinuria(24-hour proteinuria,24 hPRO),serum creatinine(SCr)and urea nitrogen(urea nitrogen,BUN)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The compliance rate was 95.35%in the experimental group and 81.40%in the control group,and the compliance rate in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group.In the comparison between the two groups,the scores of quality of life after intervention were significantly higher than those before intervention(P<0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups before intervention(P>0.05).After intervention,the scores of quality of life in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention has a good effect in patients with chronic glomerulonephritis.The patients'renal function level is improved,their compliance is strengthened,and their life treatment is improved.It has important clinical application value.It is suggested to further promote and apply it.
