探讨双心护理在扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者中的应用效果

目的研究双心护理在扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者中的应用效果。方法入组40例病例,均为我院2017年12月至2019年11月收治的扩张型心肌病患者。按照随机双盲法分为对比组和观察组,各20例。对比组予以常规护理,提提醒患者遵医用药,关注患者病情变化情况,在其出现异常表现时,立即采取针对性干预措施,给予患者生活习惯指导、饮食指导以及健康宣教等。观察组在此基础上实施双心护理,给予患者心理护理,充分了解患者一般资料,包括病史、家庭环境、文化水平、经济条件等,积极与患者沟通,明确其负性情绪产生原因,分散患者注意力;强化健康宣教,根据患者理解能力以及文化程度,制订差异化健康宣教计划,加深其对于疾病的认知,观察患者病情变化,引导其展开适宜的运动锻炼方案,提升心功能,给予其饮食指导,详细为患者讲解每种药物服用方法以及药理作用等。对比分析双心护理对扩张型心肌病(DCM)患者的干预效果。结果护理后,两组患者SAS评分以及SDS评分均有所下降,且观察组评分低于对比组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组生活质量都有所改善,且观察组的身体领域、情绪领域和其他领域的生活质量评分低于对比组(P<0.05)。观察组患者满意度评分高于对比组(P<0.05)。结论对扩张型心肌病患者进行双心护理干预,效果显著。

Objective To study the application effect of bicardiac nursing in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Methods Forty patients with dilated cardiomyopathy admitted to our hospital from December 2017 to November 2019 were enrolled in this study.According to the random double-blind method,they were divided into the comparison group and the observation group,20 cases in each group.In the comparison group,patients were given routine nursing,reminded to comply with medical drugs,paid attention to the changes in patients'condition,and immediately took targeted intervention measures to give patients living habits guidance,diet guidance and health education when there were abnormal manifestations.On this basis,the observation group was given psychological nursing,fully understood the general information of patients,including medical history,family environment,educational level,economic conditions,and so on,and actively communicated with patients to clarify the causes of their negative emotions and distract the attention of patients.Strengthening health education,according to the patients understanding ability and level of education,develop a plan of travel health education alienation,deepen the perception of disease and observe patients condition change,lead to an appropriate exercise program,improve heart function,gives its dietary guidelines,detailed explain each of these drugs for patients taking methods,pharmacological effects and so on.To compare and analyze the intervention effect of double-heart nursing on patients with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM).Results After nursing,the SAS score and SDS score of two groups were decreased,and the score of the observation group was lower than that of the comparison group(P<0.05).After nursing,the quality of life of both groups was improved,and the quality of life scores of physical domain,emotional domain and other domains in the observation group were lower than those in the comparison group(P<0.05).The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the comparison group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of double-heart nursing intervention on patients with dilated cardiomyopathy is remarkable.
