急性结石性胆囊炎老年患者的围手术期护理

Perioperative Nursing of Elderly Patients with Acute Calculous Cholecystitis

目的总结老年急性结石性胆囊炎疾病患者的围手术期护理方法和护理效果,从而促进外科老年患者术后康复。方法选择我院收治的急性结石性胆囊炎疾病老年阶段患者,总计96例。老年患者在手术治疗的基础上进行对照组、观察组随机分组护理,对照组48例老年患者行常规护理,观察组48例老年患者配合围手术期综合护理干预。比较两组老年急性结石性胆囊炎患者感染、水电解质紊乱等术后并发症情况以及手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间、术后住院时间、情绪评分、护理满意度评分情况。结果观察组急性结石性胆囊炎患者术后并发症发生率、手术时间、出血量、排气时间、住院时间、SAS评分、SDS评分、护理满意度评分均明显优于对照组,P<0.05。结论强化落实老年急性结石性胆囊炎患者围手术期综合护理干预可以在预防和减少患者术后相关并发症的同时促进患者康复、减轻患者手术损伤。

Objective To summarize the perioperative nursing methods and effects of the elderly patients with acute calculous cholecystitis,so as to promote the postoperative rehabilitation of the elderly surgical patients.Methods Ninety-six cases of acute calculous cholecystitis in the elderly were selected.On the basis of surgical treatment,the elderly patients in the control group and the observation group were randomly divided into two groups for nursing.Forty-eight elderly patients in the control group received routine nursing.Forty-eight elderly patients in the observation group cooperated with perioperative comprehensive nursing intervention.The postoperative complications,such as infection,waterelectrolyte abnormalities,as well as the operation time,intraoperative hemorrhage,exhaust time,postoperative hospitalization time,emotional score and nursing satisfaction score were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of postoperative complications,operation time,the amount of bleeding,the exhaust time,the hospitalization time,SAS score,SDS score,and nursing satisfaction score in patients with acute calculous cholecystitis in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening the implementation of comprehensive perioperative nursing intervention for the elderly patients with acute calculous cholecystitis can not only prevent and reduce the postoperative complications,but also promote the rehabilitation and reduce the surgical injury.
