个性化营养分级护理对消化道肿瘤术后营养指标、免疫指标及生活质量的影响

Effect of Personalized Nutrition Grading Nursing on Nutritional Index,Immune Index and Quality of Life after Digestive Tract Tumor Surgery

目的观察个性化营养分级护理对消化道肿瘤术后营养指标、免疫指标及生活质量的影响。方法我院2020年4月至2022年4月收治的74例消化道肿瘤患者按照数字表分组法,随机均分为对照组(37例:常规营养护理)与试验组(37例:个性化营养分级护理),比较两组患者护理干预效果。结果试验组患者护理干预后营养指标、免疫指标、肿瘤标志物、并发症发生率以及生活质量等临床指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论消化道肿瘤患者个性化营养分级护理效果显著优于常规营养护理。

Objective To observe the effect of personalized nutrition grading nursing on nutritional index,immune index and quality of life after digestive tract tumor surgery.Methods Seventy-four patients with digestive tract tumors admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to April 2022 were randomly divided into the control group(37 cases:routine nutrition nursing)and the experimental group(37 cases:individualized nutrition grading nursing)according to the digital table grouping method,and the nursing intervention effects of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing intervention,the nutritional indexes of patients,immune indexes,tumor markers,complication rate and quality of life in the experimental group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The effect of individualized nutrition grading nursing for patients with gastrointestinal cancer is significantly better than that of routine nutrition nursing.
