香砂六君子汤联合西药治疗Hp阳性消化性溃疡的临床观察

Clinical Observation on Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction Combined with Western Medicine in Treating Hp Positive Peptic Ulcer

目的:探究幽门螺杆菌(Hp)阳性消化性溃疡患者应用香砂六君子汤联合西药治疗的临床效果。方法:应用随机数字表法,将2019年7月至2021年4月南昌市第三医院收治的80例Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者分为对照组(40例)及研究组(40例)。对照组运用四联疗法治疗,在其基础上研究组联合香砂六君子汤治疗,两组均治疗4周。对比两组治疗效果。结果:治疗总有效率研究组为95.00%,高于对照组的80.00%(P<0.05)。研究组治疗后中医证候积分主证为(1.34±0.36)分、次证为(1.02±0.34)分,均低于对照组的(3.57±0.41)分、(2.68±0.42)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组腹痛消失时间为(2.86±0.47)d、嗳气消失时间为(5.08±0.61)d、反酸消失时间为(4.14±0.52)d、上腹部烧灼感症状消失时间为(3.47±0.47)d,均短于对照组的(4.29±0.56)d、(6.48±0.68)d、(5.90±0.55)d、(4.94±0.58)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Hp清除率研究组为95.00%高于对照组的72.50%(P<0.05);两组不良反应对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Hp阳性消化性溃疡患者应用香砂六君子汤联合西药治疗有助于缓解患者各临床症状,缩短病程,提高Hp阳性清除率,无明显不良反应,安全可靠,疗效确切,值得临床推广。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of xiangsha liujunzi decoction combined with western medicine in the treatment of helicobacter pylori(Hp)positive peptic ulcer patients.Methods:80 patients with Hp positive peptic ulcer admitted to The Third Hospital of Nanchang from July 2019 to April 2021 were divided into control group(40 cases)and study group(40 cases)by random number table.The control group was treated with quadruple therapy,and the study group was treated with xiangsha liujunzi decoction on the basis of the quadruple therapy.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was 95.00%,higher than 80.00%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the main syndrome score and secondary syndrome score of the study group were(1.34±0.36)points and(1.02±0.34)points,which were lower than those of the control group(3.57±0.41)points and(2.68±0.42)points,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The disappearance time of abdominal pain,belching,acid regurgitation and burning sensation in the study group was(2.86±0.47)days,(5.08±0.61)days,(4.14±0.52)days and(3.47±0.47)days,which were shorter than those in the control group(4.29±0.56)days,(6.48±0.68)days,(5.90±0.55)days and(4.94±0.58)days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The clearance rate of Hp in the study group was 95.00%higher than that in the control group 72.50%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of xiangsha liujunzi decoction and western medicine in the treatment of Hp positive peptic ulcer patients is helpful to alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients,shorten the course of disease,improve the Hp positive clearance rate,without obvious adverse reactions,safe,reliable,and effective,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
