摘要
目的获得成年男性骨密度最低椎体,并探讨骨密度最低椎体与BMI、血压、血脂的相关性。方法选取2018年1月至2020年12月该院体检中心进行体检的8249例成年男性为研究对象,收集其骨密度数据,以50岁为分界点,得到骨密度最低椎体,并与BMI、血压、血脂等指标进行相关性分析。结果所有成年男性第1腰椎(L_(1))骨密度最低(0.88 g/cm^(2)),第4腰椎(L_(4))骨密度最高(0.98 g/cm^(2)),椎体骨密度L_(1)~L_(4)逐渐增加。<50岁成年男性骨量减少均以L_(1)为主,≥50岁成年男性骨质疏松、骨量减少也以L_(1)为主。L_(1)骨密度与年龄(r=-0.155)、总胆固醇(r=-0.051)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(r=-0.073)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(r=-0.046)呈负相关(P<0.05),与身高(r=0.237)、体重(r=0.282)、BMI(r=0.179)、收缩压(r=0.042)、舒张压(r=0.041)、甘油三酯(r=0.028)呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论成年男性L_(1)骨密度最低,保持BMI及血压在正常范围内的高值、严格控制血脂可能对腰椎骨密度有益处。
Objective To obtain the vertebral body with the lowest bone mineral density in adult males,and to explore the correlation between the vertebral body with the lowest bone mineral density and body mass index(BMI),blood pressure and blood lipids.Methods A total of 8249 adult males who underwent physical examination in the physical examination center of the hospital from January 2018 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects.Their bone mineral density data were collected,and the vertebral body with the lowest bone mineral density was obtained by taking the age of 50 as the cut-off point,and correlation analysis was conducted with BMI,blood pressure,blood lipid and other indicators.Results In all adult males,the bone lowest density in the 1st lumbar spine(L_(1))was the lowest(0.88 g/cm^(2)),and the bone mineral density in the 4th lumbar spine(L_(4))was the highest(0.98 g/cm^(2)),and the bone mineral density in the vertebral body gradually increased from L_(1) to L_(4).L_(1) was the dominant bone mass loss in adult males<50 years old,and L_(1) was also the dominant bone mass loss in adult males≥50 years old.L_(1) bone mineral density was negatively correlated with age(r=-0.155),total cholesterol(r=-0.051),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(r=-0.073)and low density lipoprotein cholesterol(r=-0.046,P<0.05).It was positively correlated with height(r=0.237),body weight(r=0.282),BMI(r=0.179),systolic blood pressure(r=0.042),diastolic blood pressure(r=0.041)and triglyceride(r=0.028,P<0.05).Conclusion Adult male L1 bone mineral density is the lowest,maintaining BMI and blood pressure within the normal range of high values,strict control of blood lipid may be beneficial to lumbar bone density.
