手术室风险管理模式在胎膜早破并发胎盘早剥产妇抢救中的应用效果观察

Application of risk management mode in operating room in the rescue of pregnant women withpremature rupture of membranes complicated with placental abruption

目的:研究手术室风险管理模式在胎膜早破并发胎盘早剥产妇抢救中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年12月本院收治的103例胎膜早破合并胎盘早剥产妇,将2019年1月至2020年6月手术室风险管理实施前的51例患者作为对照组,2020年7月至2021年12月入组后的52例患者作为研究组。对照组实施常规护理管理,研究组给予手术室风险管理。比较两组妊娠结局、产后出血量、产褥感染及护理满意度。结果:对照组阴道分娩16例、剖宫产35例,研究组阴道分娩28例、剖宫产24例;研究组妊娠结局优于对照组(P<0.05)。研究组产后出血量低于对照组(P<0.05)。对照组发生15例产褥感染,研究组发生6例,研究组产褥感染发生率11.54%低于对照组的29.41%(P<0.05)。研究组护理满意率84.62%高于对照组的66.67%(P<0.05)。结论:手术室风险管理模式在胎膜早破并发胎盘早剥产妇的抢救中可有效改善其妊娠结局,减少产后出血量,产褥感染率低,患者对护理更满意,可作为临床手术室护理有效方案之一。

Objective:To study the application effect of operating room risk management model in the rescue of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes complicated with placental abruption.Methods:103 pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes and placental abruption treated in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected.51 patients enrolled before the implementation of operating room risk management from January 2019 to June 2020 were used as the control group,and 52 patients enrolled from July 2020 to December 2021 were used as the study group.The control group implemented routine nursing management,and the study group implemented operating room risk management mode.The pregnancy outcome,postpartum hemorrhage,puerperal infection and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:There were 16 cases of vaginal delivery and 35 cases of cesarean section in the control group,28 cases of vaginal delivery and 24 cases of cesarean section in the study group;The pregnancy outcome of the study group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The amount of postpartum hemorrhage in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).There were 15 cases of puerperal infection in the control group and 6 cases in the study group.The incidence of puerperal infection in the study group was 11.54%lower than 29.41%in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction rate in the study group was 84.62%higher than 66.67%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The risk management mode in the operating room can effectively improve the pregnancy outcome,reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage,reduce the rate of puerperal infection,and make the patients more satisfied with the nursing.It can be used as one of the effective nursing schemes in the clinical operating room.
