乡村振兴战略下农村互助养老的困境和进路研究

A Study on the Predicament and Progress of Rural Mutual Assistance for the Elderly Under the Strategy of Rural Revitalization

农村互助养老模式广泛引起社会关注,但我国农村互助养老模式在发展壮大中出现运行资金短缺、服务内容单一、社会规范不健全的困境。结合乡村振兴战略能有效解决农村互助养老模式中的碎片化问题,通过设计多元化资金供给渠道、联动合作完善服务内容、完善法制化互助养老保障机制相关途径为我国农村互助养老规范有序的进路提出对策建议。

The rural mutual assistance pension model has attracted widespread social attention.However,in the development and expansion of China’s rural mutual assistance pension model,there are difficulties such as shortage of operating funds,single service content and imperfect social norms.Combined with the strategy of rural revitalization,the fragmentation of rural mutual pension model can be effectively solved.The design of diversified fund supply channels,the linkage cooperation to improve the service content and the promotion of the legal mutual pension security mechanism of the relevant ways can put forward countermeasures and suggestions.
