摘要
为探究不同种源粗叶榕扦插育苗成活率情况,开展了不同基质、不同浓度ABT1对不同种源粗叶榕扦插试验。结果表明:(1)不同基质对不同种源粗叶榕扦插成活率呈显著差异,其中泥炭土:营养土=1:3基质粗叶榕扦插效果最佳。(2)不同浓度ABT1处理对不同种源粗叶榕扦插成活率也呈显著差异,其中200mg/kg浓度ABT1处理后,粗叶榕扦插效果最佳。(3)不同种源粗叶榕扦插成活率呈显著差异,其中广西钦州种源扦插效果最佳。
In order to explore the Ficus hirta Vahl rate of cuttings and seedlings of different provenances,the cutting experiments of different provenances and different ABT1 concentrations were carried out.The results showed that:(1)Different substrates had significant differences in the Ficus hirta rate of cuttings of different provenances,among which peat soil:nutrient soil=1:3 substrates had the best cutting effect;(2)Different concentrations of ABT1 treated different provenances.There were also significant differences in the survival rate of the cuttings of Ficus hirta,and the cutting effect of Ficus hirta was the best after the treatment of 200 mg/kg concentration of ABT1;(3)The survival rate of Ficus hirta cuttings from different provenances was significantly different,and the cutting effect of the provenance of Qinzhou,Guangxi was the best.
