摘要 基于某正在建设的工程,提出了合适的打桩控制标准,在保证结构安全使用的前提下,利用桩、土共同作用的原理,从控制沉降的方向去设计桩基,优化桩长,通过规范公式的计算、高应变检测和施工后沉降监测,表明满足竖向设计承载力要求,同时满足上部结构及设备对沉降的要求,达到了优化设计的目的并节省了造价。对于这种桩端持力层为深厚粘土层的超长桩基,基于沉降控制的桩基设计方法,是科学且经济有效的。 A suitable piling control standard is put forward based on a project under construction.On the premise of safe use of the structure,the principle of pile-soil interaction is followed to design pile foundation and optimize pile length by controlling settlement.The calculation result produced by using standard formula,high strain detection and post-construction settlement monitoring results show that the above piling control standard meets the demand of design vertical bearing capacity,in addition,satisfies the requirements for the settlement of superstructure and equipment,achieves optimal design and reduces construction cost.For the super long pile driven into deep clay bearing layer,the design method based on settlement control is verified economical and effective.
