沉箱重力式码头结构裂缝修复施工技术

摘要 沉箱结构以其独特优势在一些深水大型水工工程中得以应用,但在北方沿海港口的应用中,往往出现沉箱结构开裂的情况。本文以营口港仙人岛港区30万t级原油码头裂缝维修工程为例,对导致沉箱结构开裂的原因进行调研分析,总结出沉箱内外热交换不良产生的温度应力为问题症结所在,针对性地提出对沉箱顶部空心盖板开孔以提高热交换速率并用高性能裂缝注浆料对沉箱表面裂缝进行修复的解决措施,为类似工程提供参考和借鉴。 Caisson structure has been used in some large-size deepwater maritime works based on its unique advantages,but cracks are often found on the surface of the caisson structures applied in northern coastal ports.Based on the crack repair works of crude oil wharf for ships up to 300000 tons at Xianrendao Harbor of Yingkou Port,the causes for the cracks are investigated and analyzed.The results show that the crux of the matter is the temperature stress produced by poor exchange of heat inside and outside the caisson.Thus the countermeasure is put forward,namely,heat exchange rate can be improved by punching the hollow cover plate at the top of the caisson,and the surface cracks are repaired with high-performance grouting materials,which presents important references for similar projects.
