摘要
为研究沸石粉温拌剂对沥青性能的影响,通过常规的沥青三大指标及旋转粘度试验,分析沸石粉对沥青的感温性、粘度等基本特能的影响。其次,鉴于沸石粉是一种促使沥青发泡降粘的物质,借助体式显微镜、电子显微镜以及热分析技术从微观角度分析其对沥青表观状态和性能的影响。结果表明,沸石粉能够降低沥青粘度、感温性能和低温性能,改善沥青高温稳定性,具有较好的实用性。
The influence of zeolite powder warm mix agent on asphalt properties is studied through the conventional three indexes of asphalt from rotary viscosity tests.The influence of zeolite powder on the asphalt temperature sensitivity,the viscosity,and other basic characteristics is analyzed.Since zeolite powder is often used to promotes the foaming and viscosity reduction of asphalt,the influence of zeolite powder on the apparent state and the properties of asphalt is analyzed by means of stereomicroscope,electron microscope,and thermal analysis technology.The results show that zeolite powder can reduce the viscosity,temperature sensitivity,and low temperature properties of asphalt,improving the high temperature stability of asphalt,which has good practicability.
