严寒地区铁路大跨度连续梁桥冬季施工工艺研究

摘要 为保证严寒地区大跨度铁路连续梁桥冬季施工的顺利进行,确保大跨度铁路连续梁桥的工程质量和施工安全。文中以佳木斯至鹤岗铁路改造工程——跨鹤大高速公路特大桥(60+100+60)m预应力混凝土连续梁桥建设项目为研究对象,主要从混凝土等材料和主梁结构两大方面研究严寒地区桥梁的施工工艺。文中分析了严寒地区冬季施工质量的影响因素,以及混凝土拌合物、混凝土养护、悬浇连续梁及合拢段保温措施、合理预防冬季施工质量通病等措施,给出了提升施工质量的合理建议,可为类似桥梁施工提供理论及实践指导。 The smooth construction of long-span railway continuous girder bridge in cold region in winter need to be ensured,which associates with the engineering quality and construction safety.Taking a prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge as the case,the construction peject of(60+100+60)m prestressed concrete continuous girder bridge of Trans-Heda Expressway technology of the bridge is studied in terms of concrete materials and main beam structure.This paper analyzes the factors influencing the quality of cold region in winter construction,including the mixture of concrete,concrete curing,suspended watering the continuous beam,and heat preservation.The measures for avoiding hazards from winter construction are reasonably proposed,providing theoretical and practical guidance for the similar bridge construction projects.
