摘要 为解决电力计量检测机构自动化立体仓库计量设备出入库作业效率低的问题,分析了立体仓库的作业区划分和堆垛车堆(拆)垛作业方式的特点,以总作业耗时最短为优化目标构建数学模型。为提高模型求解效率,在传统蝙蝠算法的基础上引入广义对偶理论和备选域搜索策略。案例分析结果表明该方法能有效提高算法的搜索效率,减少堆垛车的作业时间。 In order to solve the problem on low output/input efficiency of metering equipment in the automated threedimensional warehouse of power metering and testing institutions,the division of the operation area of the threedimensional warehouse and the stacking(destacking)operation mode of the stacker are analyzed,and the mathematical model is built with the shortest operation time as the optimization objective.And based on the traditional bat algorithm,the generalized dual theory and the alternative domain search strategy are introduced to improve the efficiency of solving the model.Simulation results show that this method can effectively improve the search efficience of the algorithm,reduce the operation time of stacker.
