装置频发通信中断及恢复问题分析

摘要 通过对青海某750 kV开关站甲乙I线A套监控保护装置及甲乙I线阀控高抗40%级第二套四方智能终端频繁上送通信中断报文及通信中断恢复报文(报文之间时间相差几十毫秒到几百毫秒)问题进行分析研究,分析两条异常报文上送原因,研究诊断此类问题方法,通过测量相应光纤衰耗,掌握此类问题快速诊断方法,并对日后安全稳定运行提出相应建议。 Through analyzing and studying the problem of frequent sending of communication interruption messages and communication interruption recovery messages(the time difference between messages is tens of ms to hundreds of ms)by A set of monitoring and protection devices for Line A,B and I in a 750 kV switching station in Qinghai Province and the second set of four-way intelligent terminals with valve-controlled high resistance level 40%,the reasons for sending two abnormal messages are analyzed and the methods for diagnosis of such problems are studied.By measuring the optical fiber decay,the rapid diagnosis method of this kind of problem is mastered,and the corresponding suggestions are put forward for the safe and stable operation in the future.
