摘要
在数字情境下,制造商开始将数字化与服务化融合起来,形成数字服务化战略;组织韧性作为企业“转危为安”的关键要素,如何在数字服务化战略的影响下提升企业绩效值得深入探究。因此,本文以中国制造企业为研究对象,基于动态能力理论,构建了数字服务化的作用机制模型,并通过实证检验探究了数字服务化、组织韧性与企业绩效之间的关系。同时,环境不确定性在数字服务化战略与组织韧性之间具有显著的调节效应。本研究不仅丰富了组织变革理论,还为制造业数字化转型提升以及更好地应对意外与危机提供了理论支持和机制建议。
In the new digital context,digital servitization has been an important direction of transformation,and more and more manufacturers begin to integrate digitization and servitization to shape the strategy of digital servitization.In addition,in the market environment of VUCA,how organizational resilience,a key factor for enterprises to“turn crisis into safety”,enhances business performance under the impact of digital servitization strategy is also worthy of in-depth exploration.Therefore,based on the dynamic capability theory,this paper explores the relationship between digital servitization,organizational resilience and business performance.Through empirical testing,it is found that digital servitization has a positive effect on business performance,and digital servitization has a positive effect on organizational resilience,especially on cognitive resilience and contextual resilience.Moreover,organizational resilience plays a significant mediating effect between digital servitization and business performance,and environmental instability has a significant moderating effect between digital servitization strategy and organizational resilience.This paper systematically explores the mechanism of digital servitization strategy on business performance.On the one hand,it enriches the theoretical paradigm of digitization and expands the research boundary of organizational resilience theory.On the other hand,it also provides theoretical support and mechanism suggestions for the digital transformation of the manufacturing industry and better response to accidents and crises.
