达格列净联合甘精胰岛素治疗2型糖尿病的效果及对糖脂代谢的影响

Effect of Dagliazine Combined with Insulin Glargine in the Treatment of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus and Its Effect on Glycolipid Metabolism

目的 分析治疗2型糖尿病患者时,采取达格列净联合甘精胰岛素治疗的价值。方法 随机选择2020年11月—2021年12月内蒙古赤峰市医院收治的80例2型糖尿病患者为研究对象,以数表法分为对照组(行甘精胰岛素治疗,40例)和观察组(行达格列净联合甘精胰岛素治疗,40例),比较两组患者血糖、血脂指标以及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组血糖水平优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组比,观察组血糖波动、胰岛素用量及血脂水平均较优,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组不良反应发生率(2.5%)低于对照组(25.0%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=8.538,P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病患者采取达格列净联合甘精胰岛素治疗,具有较高临床价值,能够提高治疗效果,控制患者的血糖水平。

Objective To analyze the value of dagliazine combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 dia⁃betes.Methods From November 2020 to December 2021,80 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus admitted to Chifeng Hospital of Inner Mongolia were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group(treated with insulin glargine,40 cases)and observation group(treated with dapagliflozin combined with insulin glargine,40 cases)by digital table method.The blood glucose,blood lipid indexes and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Results The blood glucose level of the observation group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the blood glucose fluctua⁃tion,insulin dosage and blood lipid level in the observation group were better,the difference was statistically signifi⁃cant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 2.5%lower than 25.0%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=8.538,P<0.05).Conclusion Dagliazine combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus has high clinical value,which can improve the therapeutic effect and control the blood glucose level of patients.
