氢化泼尼松灌注治疗慢性复发性腮腺炎的临床效果分析

Analysis of Clinical Effect of Hydrogenated Prednisone Infusion in the Treatment of Chronic Recurrent Parotitis

目的 探讨氢化泼尼松导管口灌注治疗在成人慢性复发性腮腺炎治疗中的应用。方法 回顾性选取2018年12月—2021年6月蚌埠医学院第一附属医院口腔科收治的61例慢性复发性腮腺炎患者,随机分为干预组与对照组。干预组31例接受氢化泼尼松腮腺导管口灌注治疗,对照组30例接受相同剂量的生理盐水治疗,随访时间6~8个月,分析两组患者治疗后效果。结果 干预组疼痛缓解发生率(80.6%)、复发延长率(74.2%)和患者接受率(77.4%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.08、4.84、3.92,P<0.05)。结论 氢化泼尼松腮腺导管口灌注在治疗慢性复发性腮腺炎中可缓解患者病痛感、延长复发时间,患者接受程度较高。

Objective To investigate the application of hydrogenated prednisone catheter-oral instillation therapy in the treatment of chronic recurrent parotitis in adults.Methods Retrospectively selected 61 patients with chronic recur⁃rent mumps admitted to the Department of Stomatology of the First Affiliated Hospital of Bengbu Medical College from December 2018 to June 2021,and randomly divided them into intervention group and control group.31 patients in the intervention group received hydrogenated prednisone parotid duct oral irrigation and 30 patients in the control group received the same dose of saline treatment.The patients were followed up for 6-8 months and the post-treatment ef⁃fects were analyzed.Results The incidence of pain relief(80.6%),recurrence extension(74.2%)and patient accep⁃tance(77.4%)in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,the difference was statistically sig⁃nificant(χ^(2)=4.08,4.82,3.94,P<0.05).Conclusion Hydroprednisone parotid duct perfusion in the treatment of chronic recurrent parotitis can relieve the pain of patients,prolong the recurrence time,and have a higher degree of acceptance.
