多囊卵巢综合征患者应用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍全科治疗模式的效果及对其性激素水平的影响

Effectiveness of Applying Liraglutide Combined with Metformin in a Gen⁃eral Practice Treatment Model for Patients with Polycystic Ovary Syn⁃drome and Its Effect on Their Sex Hormone Levels

目的 研究分析多囊卵巢综合征患者使用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍进行治疗的效果。方法 方便选取2018年6月—2021年6月期间于福建省龙岩市第二医院诊治的58例多囊卵巢综合征患者,根据随机抽样法分为常规组(29例)和研究组(29例)。常规组使用利拉鲁肽进行治疗,研究组使用利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍进行治疗,比较两组临床治疗效果。结果研究组治疗有效率(93.10%)、妊娠率(75.86%)、排卵率(86.21%)均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.497、5.836、5.523,P=0.019、0.015、0.018);研究组促卵泡生成素、睾酮、促黄体生成素、抗苗勒氏管激素分别为(6.56±1.01)mIU/mL、(11.73±2.32)ng/mL、(6.04±1.05)mIU/mL、(18.32±7.35)ng/mL,均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.917、5.315、3.535、3.659,P<0.001);研究组子宫内膜厚度、体质指数、卵巢体积、空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白、胰岛素抵抗指数水平均低于常规组,差异有统计学意义(t=5.479、3.855、6.343、9.087、92.512、5.798、41.020,P<0.001)。结论多囊卵巢综合征患者通过利拉鲁肽联合二甲双胍联合治疗,可优化临床指标,提升临床治疗有效率,调节性激素水平,临床应用价值较高。

Objective To study and analyzed the effect of treatment with liraglutide combined with metformin in pa⁃tients with polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods 58 patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated in Longyan Second Hospital of Fujian Province from June 2018 to June 2021 were conveniently selected and divided into a conventional group(29 cases)and a study group(29 cases)according to the random sampling method.The patients in the conven⁃tional group were treated with liraglutide and the patients in the study group were treated with liraglutide combined with metformin,and the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results The effective rate of treat⁃ment(93.10%),pregnancy rate(75.86%),ovulation rate(86.21%)in the study group were higher than those in the con⁃ventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.497,5.836,5.523,P=0.019,0.015,0.018).The levels of follicle-stimulating hormone,testosterone,luteinizing hormone and anti-Mullerian hormone in the study group were(6.56±1.01)mIU/mL,(11.73±2.32)ng/mL,(6.04±1.05)mIU/mL,(18.32±7.35)ng/mL,respectively,which were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.917,5.315,3.535,3.659,P<0.001).Endometrial thickness,body mass index,ovarian volume,fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose,glycated hemoglobin,insulin resistance index levels in the study group were lower than those in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=5.479,3.855,6.343,9.087,92.512,5.798,41.020,P<0.001).Conclusion Patients with polycystic ovary syndrome treated by liraglutide combined with metformin can optimize clinical indexes,improve clinical treatment efficiency,and regulate sex hormone levels,which has high clinical application value.
