两种不同方案MTX保守治疗异位妊娠的疗效及不良反应

Efficacy and Adverse Reactions of Two Different Regimens of MTX Con⁃servative Treatment for Ectopic Pregnancy

目的 探析甲氨蝶呤(MTX)在异位妊娠保守治疗中不同治疗方案的应用效果和不良反应。方法 回顾性选取2018年6月—2019年6月龙岩市中医院收治的60例异位妊娠患者,以信封法分为常规组与研究组,每组30例。常规组单独使用MTX保守治疗,研究组使用MTX联合米非司酮(Ru486)保守治疗。比较两组疗效、不同时间β-HCG情况、不良反应发生率、各项临床指标。结果 研究组治疗效果优于常规组,不良反应发生率比常规组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。用药前,两组β-HCG比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);用药后,研究组β-HCG优于常规组,各项临床指标较常规组更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 MTX、Ru486联合用药方案治疗异位妊娠疗效显著,推动β-HCG恢复正常水平作用理想,不良反应可控,临床应用价值高。

Objective To explore the application effect and adverse reactions of methotrexate(MTX)in different treat⁃ment schemes,in conservative treatment of ectopic pregnancy.Methods 60 ectopic pregnancy patients admitted to Longyan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2018 to June 2019 were selected retrospectively,and the were divided into conventional group and study group by the envelope method,a total of 30 subjects in each group.The conventional group was treated conservatively with MTX alone,while the study group was treated conservatively with MTX combined with mifepristone(Ru486).The curative effect,β-HCG situation at different time,occurrence of adverse reactions and various clinical indicators were compared betweenthe two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the study group was better than that of the conventional group,and the incidence of adverse reactions of the study group was lower than that of the conventional group,the difference was statistical significant(P<0.05).Before treat⁃ment,β-HCG was similar between the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);after treat⁃ment,theβ-HCG condition of the study group was better than that of the conventional group,all clinical indicators were lower than those of the conventional group,the difference wasstatistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined regimen of MTX and Ru486 has a significant curative effect on the treatment of ectopic pregnancy,and it has an ideal effect on restoringβ-HCG to normal levels,and the adverse reactions are controllable,has high clinical application value.
