枸橼酸托法替布片对不同性别中重度类风湿关节炎患者的疗效分析

Analysis of Therapeutic Effect of Tofacitinib Citrate Tablets in Patients with Moderate to Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis of Different Genders

目的 分析枸橼酸托法替布片对不同性别中重度类风湿关节炎患者的治疗效果。方法 方便选择2020年10月—2021年12月在泰州市第四人民医院治疗的72例中重度类风湿关节炎患者,按照不同性别分为男性组与女性组,各36例。两组患者均给予枸橼酸托法替布片治疗,对两组患者治疗前后疾病活动度(DAS28)、健康评估问卷残疾指数(HAQ-DI)、肿胀关节数(SJC)、压痛关节数(TJC)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、红细胞沉降率(ESR)及治疗安全性进行比较。结果 男性组治疗后DAS28、HAQ-DI分别为(3.81±0.61)分、(23.69±4.92)分,明显低于女性组,差异有统计学意义(t=2.670、3.299,P<0.05)。两组治疗前SJC、TJC比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性组治疗后SJC、TJC明显低于女性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗前CRP、SOD、ESR对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);男性组治疗后CRP、SOD、ESR明显低于女性组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中重度类风湿关节炎患者应用枸橼酸托法替布片治疗的效果显著,且男性治疗效果优于女性。

Objective To analyze the therapeutic effect of tofacitinib citrate tablets on moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis patients of different genders.Methods A total of 72 patients with moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis who were treated in the Fourth People´s Hospital of Taizhou from October 2020 to December 2021 were conveniently se⁃lected,and divided into male group and female group according to different gender,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups of patients were treated with tofacitinib citrate tablets.Disease Activity Score(DAS28),Health Assessment Questionnaire Disability Index(HAQ-DI),swollen joints(SJC),tender joints(TJC),C-reactive protein(CRP),superox⁃ide dismutase(SOD),erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR)and treatment safety were compared.Results The scores of DAS28 and HAQ-DI in the male group after treatment were(3.81±0.61)points and(23.69±4.92)points,respectively,which were significantly lower than those in the female group,the difference was statistically significant(t=2.670,3.299,P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in SJC and TJC between the two groups before treat⁃ment(P>0.05).After treatment,SJC and TJC in the male group were significantly lower than those in the female group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in CRP,SOD and ESR between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the CRP,SOD and ESR of the male group were significantly lower than those of the female group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).
