自拟增免调肺汤对病毒性肺炎患者Th1/Th2免疫平衡及体液免疫的影响

Effect Analysis of Self-designed Zengmian Tiaofei Decoction on Th1/Th2 Immune Balance and Humoral Immunity in Patients with Viral Pneumonia

目的探究自拟增免调肺汤对病毒性肺炎患者Th1/Th2免疫平衡及体液免疫的影响。方法选取病毒性肺炎患者合计118例,使用随机数字表法将其分为西医组与中医组各59例。西医组给予常规西医治疗,中医组在其基础上加用自拟增免调肺汤,比较两组治疗有效率及治疗前后临床症状评分、炎性因子、Th1/Th2细胞及体液免疫相关指标表达。结果中医组治疗有效率显著高于西医组(P<0.05);治疗前两组中医症状评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后中医组咯痰、气喘、肺部啰音症状评分显著低于西医组(P<0.05);治疗前两组白细胞介素-2(IL-2)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后中医组IL-2、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α显著低于西医组(P<0.05);治疗前两组Th1、Th2、细胞水平及Th1/Th2差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后中医组Th2显著低于西医组,Th1细胞水平、Th1/Th2显著高于西医组(P<0.05);治疗前两组IgG、IgA、IgM水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后中医组IgG、IgA、IgM水平显著高于西医组(P<0.05)。结论自拟增免调肺汤能有效提高病毒性肺炎患者的疗效,降低临床症状评分,促进Th1/Th2免疫平衡并提高体液免疫,促进病情恢复。

Objective:To explore the effect of self-designed Zengmian Tiaofei Decoction on Th1/Th2 immune balance and humoral immunity in patients with viral pneumonia.Methods:A total of 118 patients with viral pneumonia admitted were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into the western medicine group(59 cases)and traditional Chinese medicine group(59 cases).The western medicine group was given conventional western medicine treatment,and the traditional Chinese medicine group was given self-designed Zengmian Tiaofei Decoction on the basis of the western medicine group.The treatment effective rates,clinical symptom scores,inflammatory factors,Th1/Th2 cells and humoral immune-related index expressions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The effective rate of the TCM group was significantly higher than that of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the symptom scores of expectoration,asthma,and pulmonary rales in the TCM group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in IL-2,IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α levels between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the IL-6,IL-10 and TNF-α levels in the TCM group were significantly lower than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of Th1,Th2,cells and Th1/Th2 between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the Th2 level of the TCM group was significantly lower than that of the western medicine group,and the level of Th1 cells and Th1/Th2 were significantly higher than those of the western medicine group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);after treatment,the levels of IgG,IgA and IgM in the TCM group were significantly higher than those in the western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Self-designed Zengmin Tiaofei Decoction can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of patients with viral pneumonia,reduce the clinical symptom scores of patients,promote the balance of Th1/Th2 immune system and improve the humoral immunity of patients,and promote the recovery of patients'condition.
