探究肺肠合治在小儿肺炎喘嗽中的应用

Exploring the Application of Combined Treatment of Lung and Intestine in Children with Pneumonia Asthma

肺肠合治是由中医基础理论之一的肺与大肠相表里发展而来,近年来对该理论的研究逐步加深,肺-肠轴理论的提出也为其提供了科学依据。同时,小儿肺炎喘嗽的发病率也在逐年上升,肺肠合治的运用也逐渐增多,笔者从宣肺通腑、从鼻论治、调节菌群三方面讨论肺肠合治在小儿肺炎喘嗽中的运用,期盼为中医药治疗小儿肺炎喘嗽提供思路及方法。

Combined treatment of lung and intestine is developed from one of the basic theories of traditional Chinese medicine,i.e.,the lung and the large intestine being interior-exteriorly related.In recent years,the research on this theory has been gradually deepened,and the lung-intestinal axis theory has also provided a scientific basis for it.At the same time,the incidence of pediatric pneumonia asthma is on the rise year by year,and the use of combined treatment of lung and intestine also increase gradually.In this paper,the author discusses the application of combined treatment of lung and intestine therapy in children with pneumonia asthma from three aspects of releasing lungs inner parts,treatment from the nasal,and adjusting the flora,hoping to provide ideas and methods for the Chinese medicine treatment of pediatric pneumonia asthma.
