循经手法排乳治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期患者的疗效观察

Analysis on the Efficacy of Massage Based on Meridian in the Early Stage of Acute Mastitis during Lactation

目的观察循经手法排乳治疗哺乳期急性乳腺炎初期患者临床疗效。方法采用便利抽样法,选取重庆市中医院66名患者作为观察组,重庆市妇幼保健院66名患者作为对照组。在常规护理基础上,观察组给予循经排乳法排乳,对照组给予传统揉抓法排乳。3 d后比较两组临床有效率、乳房疼痛评分、乳房肿块大小、乳汁排泄、乳房皮色情况,评估其安全性(不良反应、皮肤情况)。结果治疗3 d后,观察组临床疗效总有效率为96.97%,明显高于对照组的87.88%(P<0.01),乳房疼痛评分、乳房肿块大小评分、乳汁排泄评分及乳房皮色评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.01),且观察组均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相较于传统揉抓法,循经排乳法临床有效率更高,能有效改善初期乳痈患者乳房疼痛、肿块、乳汁排泄通畅度等主要症状,操作方便、无创伤、痛苦小。

Objective:To explore the effect of massage based on meridian in the early stage of acute mastitis during lactation.Methods:A total of 132 cases of acute mastitis during lactation were selected in Chongqing TCM hospital as the observation group and Chongqing Maternal and Child Health Care Hospital as the control group.The observation group were treated with massage based on meridian,and the control group used conventional method of kneading and grasping.The clinical effect,visual analog scale(VAS)score and TCM symptom score of the two groups were compared before and after 3 days of treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was 96.97%,which was significantly higher than 87.88%of the control group(P<0.01).Compared with before treatment,the scores of VAS and TCM syndromes of both groups were significantly decreased after 3 days of treatment(P<0.01),and the above indexes were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Compared with conventional method of kneading and grasping,the clinical efficiency of massage based on meridian is higher,and it can more effectively improve the main symptoms such as breast pain,lump,and milk excretion patency in patients with initial cradle carbuncle,which is convenient to operate,non-invasive and less painful,and is worthy of clinical promotion.
