从开通玄府、宣肃肺气角度探析《古今录验》续命汤防治缺血性卒中思路

Discussion on the Idea of Xuming Decoction in Gujin Luyan for Prevention and Treatment of Ischemic Stroke from the Perspective of Kaitongxuanfu Xuansufeiqi

缺血性卒中(IS)是当前全球范围内造成死亡和残疾的重要病因,其发病率仍然有升高趋势。中医药防治IS方面表现出一定的优势。中医认为玄府闭塞、肺失宣肃是缺血性中风的主要病机之一。本文以“开通玄府、宣肃肺气”为切入点,将玄府、肺气、《古今录验》续命汤、缺血性卒中进行关联,结合现代药理成分分析、基础实验研究及临床观察,探析《古今录验》续命汤对缺血性卒中的潜在机制进行分析,为IS的防治提供新思路。

Currently,ischemic stroke is an important cause of death and disability worldwide,and its incidence continues to increase.Chinese medicine has shown some advantages in preventing and treating ischemic stroke.According to TCM,occlusion of the Xuanfu and loss of lung circulation is one of the main pathogenic mechanisms of ischemic stroke.In this paper,the authors tries to correlate Xuanfu,Feiqi,Xuming Decoction in Gujin Luyan and ischemic stroke,and analyze the potential mechanism of Xuming Decoction in Gujin Luyan on ischemic stroke by combining modern pharmacological composition analysis,basic experimental research and clinical observation,hoping to provide new ideas for the prevention and treatment of ischemic stroke.
