高校二级院系大学生征兵入伍宣传教育长效机制探究

Long-term Mechanism of Enlistment Education for Students in the Second-level Faculties of Colleges and Universities

21世纪以来国家对于大学生入伍的政策逐步优化调整,各方面待遇和政策都越来越好,但是大学生入伍的积极性仍然有待激发。本文梳理了21世纪以来大学生入伍政策的发展历程,对高校二级院系在征兵入伍宣传教育中存在的问题及其成因进行了深入分析,从宣传教育的内容、形式、措施等角度对高校构建二级院系入伍宣传教育长效机制进行了研究。

Since the 21st century,despite the optimized national policies,treatment and incent­ives for enlisted college students,their enthusiasm is expected to be further stimulated.This paper comp ares the development of the enlistment policies of college students since the 21st century,makes a deep analysis on the problems and their causes based on the enlistment education,as well as studies the long-term mechanism of the education in the secondary faculties of colleges and universities from the following areas,including contents,forms and measures.
