基于灰色—RBF神经网络的湖北省智能制造业人才需求预测

Talent Demand Prediction of Intelligent Manufacturing Industry in Hubei Province Based on Grey RBF Neural Network

本文在运用层次分析法得出影响智能制造业人才需求的关键因素基础上,采用灰色预测和RBF神经网络相结合的预测方法,预测了2023年-2030年湖北省智能制造业人才需求总量,得出2025年-2030年总量相对稳定,约446万多人。并对预测结果进行了分析,提出了解决人才缺口建议。

Based on the key factors affecting the demand by hierarchical analysis,this paper forecasts the total talent demand of this sector in the province from 2023 to 2030,combining the methods of grey prediction and RBF neural network.It shows that the demand totals about 4.46 million from 2025 to 2030,relatively stable.Suggestions are also proposed to meet the talent gap based on the results.
