下承式斜靠钢箱系杆拱桥施工阶段模拟分析

摘要 下承式斜靠钢箱系杆拱桥作为市政桥梁中较为常见的桥梁,具有一种复杂的三维空间结构——高次超静定,为确保施工安全可靠,需依靠有限元软件对结构的施工阶段进行分析。文章以引江济淮工程创新大道桥施工为背景,采用有限元模型对结构强度、刚度和稳定性进行验算分析,在施工过程中,主桥多次边界条件的变化,不能依照成桥吊杆力依次张拉吊杆,按照正装-倒退分析结合有限元模拟的方法调整吊杆索力,并与目标成桥索力和实测索力结果进行比较,结果表明,成桥索力与实测索力相差较小。 The through-type leaning steel box tied arch bridge is a common bridge among municipal bridges. It is a kind of complex three-dimensional space structure with high degree of super static indetermination. In order to ensure the safety and reliability of construction, it is necessary to rely on finite element software to analyze its construction stage. The paper takes the construction of the innovative avenue bridge of the River Diversion Project from the Yangtze River to the Huaihe River as the background, and uses the finite element model to analyze its strength, stiffness and stability. During the construction process, the boundary conditions of the main bridge changed many times, and the suspension rods could not be stretched in sequence according to the bridge suspension force. According to the method of forward-reverse analysis combined with finite element simulation, the suspension rod cable force was adjusted, and the bridge cable was formed with the target. The force is compared with the measured cable force, and there is not much difference, which provides some reference value for the construction of the tied arch bridge.
