摘要
随着人民群众对健康与卫生的关注程度与日俱增,食品安全越来越受到食品制造企业的重视。目前常见的食品润滑脂大多是复合铝基润滑脂,使用温度通常不超过180℃,不能满足食品机械高温部位的润滑需求,为此对高温食品润滑脂进行了研制。研制的高温食品润滑脂由半合成基础油(PAO∶白油=7∶3质量比),5.0%~45%的膨润土,2.0%的磺酸盐及8.0%的复合抗磨极压剂(1.0%固体金属氧化物抗磨剂+2.0%固体金属氧化物抗磨剂+5.0%固体无机金属盐极压剂)组成,其具有良好的高温胶体安定性,高温机械安定性及高温黏附性,且无毒性,能够满足食品安全性能的需求。应用表明,研制的高温食品润滑脂的注脂周期较进口润滑脂延长了120%,润滑成本降低了约27%,表现出了良好的使用性能和经济效益。
With the growing concern of the people on health and hygiene,food safety had been paid more and more attention by food manufacturers.At present,most common food greases were complex aluminum based greases.The operating temperature usually did not exceed 180℃,which could not meet the lubrication requirements of elevated temperature parts of food machinery.Therefore,elevated temperature food lubricating grease was developed.The elevated temperature food grease was composed of semi-synthetic Stock(PAO∶white oil=7∶3 mass ratio),5.0%~45% bentonite,2.0% sulfonate and 8.0% complex antiwear extreme pressure agent(1.0% solid metal oxide antiwear agent+2.0% solid metal oxide antiwear agent+5.0% solid inorganic metal salt extreme pressure agent).It had good elevated temperature colloidal stability,elevated temperature mechanical stability and elevated temperature adhesion,and was non-toxic,which could meet the requirements of food safety performance.The application showed that the greasing cycle of the developed elevated-temperature food grease was 120% longer than that of the imported grease,and the lubricating cost was reduced by about 27%,showing good performance and economic benefits.
