摘要
目前涂装工艺基本已由溶剂型转向水基型,但水性漆喷涂条件相对溶剂型更严苛。本文依据多年涂装施工应用经验,从涂料、输漆循环系统、喷房工艺参数、机器人、烘房管控5个维度,总结喷涂质量控制关键点。
The automobile painting process has changed from solvent-based paint to waterborne paint. The application conditions of waterborne paint were more stringent than that of solvent-based paint. Based on years of application experience, the key points of quality control were summarized.The study was carried out from five dimensions including materials, paint circulation system, the parameters of spraying booth, robots and the oven.
