摘要
制备了一种薄涂高流平β-羟烷基酰胺(HAA)固化聚酯粉末涂料。目前,HAA固化聚酯粉末涂料主要存在两个问题:1)厚涂时易出现针孔;2)薄涂时涂膜流平性不佳。本研究首先筛选了适合制备高流平无针孔的聚酯树脂;然后为了实现薄涂,对HAA固化聚酯粉末的粉碎设备进行改进,将HAA固化聚酯粉末颗粒的中位径减小至25μm以下,且具有较窄的粒径分布,进一步减少了涂膜表面针孔且降低了粉末使用成本;最后使用高效流动助剂,使其流动性得到进一步提高。通过对比本文制备的薄涂高流平HAA固化聚酯粉末涂料与市售常规HAA固化聚酯粉末涂料,证明了薄涂高流平HAA固化聚酯粉末涂料在粒径及粒径分布、流动性、喷涂及涂膜性能方面的优越性。
A polyester powder coating with high leveling and thin film based on HAA is prepared by selecting the proper polyester resin. In additon, the crushing machine is modified so that the particle size of HAA-based polyester powder coatings can be decreased to 25 μm and less,and the particle size distribution is narrow. Thus the film defect(i.e., pinhole) and the cost are reduced. The high efficiency leveling agent is used to improve the leveling property of the powder coatings. By means of comparing the prepared HAA-based powder coatings and the commercialized HAA-based powder coatings, it is revealed that the prepared powder coatings have better properties in terms of paricle size and its distribution, leveling and film performance, etc.
