地方特色文化融入高职院校育人体系研究——以河北省为例

Study on the Integration of Local Characteristic Culture into the Education System of Higher Vocational Colleges——Taking Hebei Province as an Example

为实现高质量发展,高职院校在培养高素质技术技能人才的时候,应将地方特色文化有机融入。文章以河北省为例,探讨了燕赵文化融入河北高职院校育人体系的必要性、可行性和实施路径。高等职业教育具有地方性的特点,学习实质上也是一个文化适应的过程,燕赵文化研究成果丰硕且适应高职人才培养的需要,但河北高职院校燕赵文化融入的并不充分。建议河北高职院校建构融入燕赵文化的课程体系,建设融入燕赵文化的校园文化。

In order to achieve high quality development,higher vocational colleges should integrate local characteristic culture into the cultivation of high quality technical talents.Taking Hebei Province as an example,this paper discusses the necessity,feasibility and implementation path of Yanzhao culture integrating into the education system of Hebei higher vocational colleges.Higher vocational education has local characteristics,and learning is actually a process of cultural adaptation.The research results of Yanzhao culture are rich and meet the needs of higher vocational personnel training,but the integration of Yanzhao culture in Hebei higher vocational colleges is not sufficient.It is suggested that Hebei higher vocational colleges construct curriculum system integrating Yanzhao culture and campus culture integrating Yanzhao culture.
