摘要 煤矿井下运输绞车承担着材料设备的运输功能,运输绞车尤其是斜巷使用的运输绞车能否安全运行,不仅直接影响矿井的生产,更与矿山安全息息相关。本文设计的智能化永磁变频运输绞车,以永磁变频系统(PVD)技术为核心,永磁同步电机、变频器及矿用防爆提升机智能电控装置为硬件基础,集成了无线视频监控及防人员误入系统,具有智能化、安全可靠、结构紧凑、传动效率高、噪音低、使用寿命长等诸多优点,广泛适用于矿山的各种工作环境。 The underground transport winch of coal mine undertakes the transport function of materials and equipment.The safe operation of transport winch,especially the transport winch used in inclined roadway,not only directly affects the mine production,but also is closely related to mine safety.The intelligent permanent magnet frequency conversion transport winch designed in this paper takes the permanent magnet frequency conversion system(PVD)technology as the core,the permanent magnet synchronous motor,the frequency converter and the explosion-proof intelligent electric control device for mining as the hardware basis,integrates the wireless video monitoring and anti-personnel error system,has many advantages,such as intelligent,safe and reliable,compact structure,high transmission efficiency,low noise,long service life and so on.It is widely used in various working environments of mines.
