CGF对牙源性颌骨囊肿术后骨愈合的影响

Effect of CGF on Postoperative Bone Healing in Odontogenic Jaw Cysts

目的 探讨浓缩生长因子(concentrate growth factors,CGF)对牙源性颌骨囊肿术后骨愈合影响的效果。方法 回顾性选取2016年9月—2019年9月三明市第二医院口腔科就诊的80例牙源性颌骨囊肿患者为研究对象,以信封随机划分为研究组和对照组,各40例。对照组刮净囊壁后直接复位缝合龈瓣任其自行愈合,在此基础上,研究组骨腔内CGF凝胶填塞压实复位缝合龈瓣。比较两组骨密度值、术后复发率及并发症发生率、囊肿体积缩小率及生活质量评分。结果 术后即刻及术后90 d,研究组骨密度值略大于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后半年和1年,研究组骨密度值(588.91±9.88)、(612.12±9.58)g/m~3大于对照组(578.47±8.83)、(599.90±8.59)g/m~3,差异有统计学意义(t=4.982、6.004,P<0.05);两组术后并发症发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 浓缩生长因子的应用,可提升骨愈合质量,改善骨密度,安全性高,明显提升患者的生活质量。

Objective To investigate the effect of Concentrate Growth Factors(CGF)on postoperative bone healing of odontogenic jaw cysts.Methods A retrospective study was conducted on 80 patients with odontogenic jaw cyst treated in the Department of Stomatology of Sanming Second Hospital from September 2016 to September 2019 and patients were randomly divided into study group and control group by envelopes,with 40 cases each.In the control group,the cyst wall was scraped,and the gingival flap was repositioned and sutured directly and left to heal on its own,on this basis,while in the study group,the bone cavity was filled with CGF gel and compacted to reposition the gingival flap.Bone density values,postoperative recurrence and complication rates,percentage of cyst volume reduction and quality of life scores were compared between the two groups.Results Immediately postoperatively and 90 d postoperatively,the BMD values in the study group were slightly greater than those in the control group,the difference was not statisti⁃cally significant(P>0.05).Six months and one year after surgery,the BMD values in the study group(588.91±9.88)g/m3 and(612.12±9.58)g/m3 were greater than those in the control group(578.47±8.83)g/m3 and(599.90±8.59)g/m3,the difference was statistically significant(t=4.982,6.004,P<0.05).Comparison of the postoperative complication rates be⁃tween the two groups,the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of growth factor concentrate can enhance the quality of bone healing and improve bone density with high safety and significantly improve the quality of life of patients.
