摘要
针对中空薄壁、大长径比、弹性支撑和内置测扭基准轴以及两级涡轮盘的动力涡轮机转子的结构特性,采用“多转速、多平面、分步平衡”的改进方案,对某型涡轴发动机的动力涡轮转子传动轴进行高速动平衡方法研究、分析。所提出的平衡操作方法和“对称角纤维胶带缠铅丝”法已经在某型涡轴发动机的涡轮转子高速动平衡中得到了应用,并获得了较好的结果。
As for the special structure of the power turbine rotor with hollow thin wall and large aspect ratio,elastic support,built-in torsional reference shaft and two-stage turbine disk,an improved scheme of“multi-speed,multi-plane,stepwise balance”was adopted.The dynamic balance of the power turbine rotor of a turbo-shaft engine is studied and analyzed.The balance operation method and program proposed in this paper have been applied in the high-speed balance of the turbine rotor of a turbo-shaft engine and good results have been obtained.
