K465铸造高温合金真空钎焊性能研究

摘要 K465是镍基沉淀硬化型等轴晶铸造高温合金,对应俄牌号为ЖС6У。为研究其真空钎焊后的组织结构性能,在HZHL-330型真空钎焊炉中,采用粘结剂Cement520胶、钎料B-Ni55NbCoWCrAlSiMoTi(C)-S进行真空钎焊试验。在1220±5℃的条件下保温30 min,得到外观平滑过渡、微观组织晶粒致密的冶金结构,经测试其抗拉强度为870~935 MPa,焊缝钎料区硬度为625~688 HV,焊缝熔合区硬度为436~541 HV,焊后基体硬度为405~451 HV。 K465 is a nickel base precipitation hardening equiaxed grain casting superalloy with the corresponding Russian brand ofЖС6У.In order to study the microstructure and properties after vacuum brazing,the vacuum brazing test was carried out in HZHL-330 vacuum brazing furnace with binder Cement520 and solder B-Ni55NbCoWCrAlSiMoTi(C)-S.The metallurgical structure with smooth appearance transition and dense microstructure particles was obtained under the condition of 1220±5℃for 30min.After testing,the tensile strength was 870~935MPa,and the hardness of the weld filler metal area was 625~688HV,the hardness of the weld fusion zone is 436~541HV,and the hardness of the matrix after welding is 405~451HV.
