浅谈装备修理企业生产运营困境的破解策略与未来发展思路

Brief Discussion on the Strategy of Solving the Production and Operation Dilemma of Equipment Repair Enterprises and the Ideas of Future Development

以某一装备修理企业为研究对象,分析企业生产运营面临的困境和挑战,从实施异地修理作业、开放“窗口期”、应对生产瓶颈、开展应急应战、科学压缩修理周期、内涵式提升产能等维度阐述企业生产运营困境的破解策略,提出未来建设数字化修理线、建立装备大修品质评估规范、培育专业化人才队伍等方面的发展思路,旨在推动企业适应内外部形势的不断变化,持续提升企业装备修理精准保障能力,全面提高新时代备战打仗能力。

Taking an equipment repair enterprise as the research object,this paper analyzes the dilemmas and challenges faced by the enterprise’s production and operation,and expounds the strategies for solving the dilemmas of the enterprise’s production and operation from the aspects of implementing remote repair operations,opening the“window period”,dealing with production bottleneck,carrying out emergency response,scientifically reducing the repair cycle,and intensively increasing production capacity.The development ideas of building digital repair lines,establishing quality evaluation standards for equipment overhaul,and cultivating professional talent teams are proposed in order to promote enterprises to adapt to the constant changes in internal and external situations,continuously improve the precision support ability of equipment repair,and comprehensively improve the ability to prepare for war in the new era.
