摘要
从心理契约视角探讨和研究智慧馆员激励机制,对提升智慧馆员的积极性和创造力、实现智慧图书馆的建设都有着十分重要的意义。立足心理契约理论,剖析智慧馆员心理契约的维度结构,构建智慧馆员激励模型,并分析出图书馆与智慧馆员匹配的心理契约有利于目标达成。图书馆应在分析智慧馆员心理契约内容的基础上,采取有针对性的激励策略,形成对智慧馆员的物质激励、成就激励、发展激励三个层次的有效激励机制。
It is of great significance to explore and study the motivation of smart librarians from perspective of psychological contract to promote the enthusiasm and creativity of smart librarians and to realize the construction of smart library.Based on the theory of psychological contract,this paper analyzes the dimensional structure of the psychological contract of smart librarians,constructs the incentive model of smart librarians,and analyzes that the psychological contract between library and smart librarian is beneficial to the achievement of a goal.Based on the analysis of the content of the psychological contract of smart librarians,a library should adopt the targeted incentive strategy to form an effective incentive mechanism of material incentive,achievement incentive and development incentive for smart librarians.
