摘要
在新时代背景下,开展义务教育学校课后服务是稳健推动教育公平的必然选择,是构建教育良好生态的重要举措,亦是促进学生全面发展的重要一环。然而,义务教育学校课后服务仍面临课后服务制度规范亟待完善,课后服务人员权责有待厘清,课后服务保障体系有待健全等现实难题。面向未来,义务教育学校课后服务应优化完善制度规范,夯实稳固政策根基;明确多元主体权责,形成教育治理格局;建立健全服务体制机制,提升支撑保障能力。
In the context of the new era,it is an inevitable choice to carry out after-school services in compulsory education schools steadily to promote educational equity,it is an important measure to build a good education ecology and an important part to promote the all-round develop-ment of students. However,the after-school service of compulsory education schools still faces many practical problems. The main problems are that the after-school service system needs to be im-proved,the rights and responsibilities of after-school service personnel need to be clarified,and the after-school service guarantee system needs to be improved. In the furure,the after-school service of compulsory education schools should optimize and improve the system norms and consolidate the sol-id policy foundation;clarify the rights and responsibilities of multiple subjects and form a pattern of educational governance;establish and improve the service system and mechanism,and improve the support and guarantee capacity.
