摘要
将自售羟丙分散体与市售羟丙分散体做对比性实验研究,对比了在相同制备条件下2KPU涂层的基本物理性能以及耐水、耐酸碱、适用期、无泡膜厚等其他化学性能的差异。研究了在150℃高温烘烤2 h后,两种分散体制备的2KPU涂层耐黄变性能等,为羟丙分散体在轨交大巴应用领域当中提供了重要的数据支撑。
The self-sold hydroxypropylene dispersion and the commercially available hydroxypropylene dispersion are compared experimentally,and the basic physical properties of the 2KPU coating,water resistance,acid and alkali resistance,pot life,bubble-free film thickness,etc.under the same preparation conditions are compared.Differences in chemical properties.The anti-yellowing properties of 2KPU coatings prepared by two different dispersions were also studied after baking at 150oC for 2 hours,which provided important data support for the application of hydroxypropylene dispersions in rail transit buses.
